The Grey Spa is located in NW Calgary, AB.

If you live in the city, we're happy to arrange for you to drop off your items at our secure location for no additional cost. For security reasons, we do not allow any drop-offs directly to The Spa.

If you live outside of Calgary or prefer, we have a secure facility for your items to be shipped to.

Please be aware that shipping + insurance are the financial responsibility of the client. We're happy to ship your item back to you using the courier and insurance amount of your choosing. We currently accept items from Canada only.
